In 1991, I followed my passion for business and recruitment and opened Law Placements, connecting great people until 1994 at which time Law Placements was sold to Morgan & Banks. I went on to being appointed as the youngest State Manager of Alectus Personnel, a role I proudly served in for 5 years.

I was drawn by my passion back to building a recruitment business in 2009, and opened empire group with the vision to create distinctive, boutique service for clients in legal executive, legal support and corporate support recruitment across a multitude of industries.

Today, empire group has certainly grown to fulfil and exceed my vision. Starting as a single office in Brisbane in 2009, empire group has expanded to now include offices in Sydney and Melbourne recruitment markets. Each and every day, you will find us connecting great people with great people.

Throughout my career and the life of empire group, I have always held true to my philosophy – that people are the most valuable asset in any business. This philosophy is further embodied by the consultants at empire group, who pride themselves on their service and knowledge – helping our clients fill their positions with great people.

As a leader in specialist recruitment, I truly believe in the power of great people and connections, and thrive by building relationships based on trust and rapport with people at all levels.
