My role is all about being the backbone of our operations team and supporting our recruitment consultants in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to keep everything running smoothly.

I joined empire group in July 2024. I have a dabbled in a few career paths such as auditing having completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and having my own hair and makeup business. At empire group I get to play a part in a variety of tasks — from assisting with candidate registration and screenings to managing our database and creating marketing materials.

I love the dynamic and fast-paced environment at empire group that keeps me on my toes. Being part of a team that’s not only high-performing but also genuinely supportive makes coming to work enjoyable.

When I’m not an empire group you’ll find me… building my e-commerce business with my fiancée, in nature with greenery surrounding me or at my calisthenics gym which gets me out of my comfort zone every day!
