Prior to joining empire group, I recruited within the real estate industry. This role allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and has ensured that I am able to balance candidate and client needs in the recruitment processes. I believe that recruitment is a people first industry, so I approach each role with honesty and transparency.
