Before joining empire group, I spent over four years in medical recruitment as an Executive Consultant, specialising in placements across remote and regional Australia. I connected skilled healthcare professionals with meaningful opportunities in aged care and broader health services. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the sector’s unique challenges, a strong appreciation for the impact of great recruitment, and the ability to design targeted campaigns and strategically source talent for complex roles—particularly in hard-to-fill locations.

Today, I support empire group’s national Technology division, working alongside a team of expert consultants to deliver customised recruitment solutions across the IT sector. I’ve been able to draw on my healthcare recruitment experience—especially my strengths in relationship-building, agility, and strategic sourcing—to thrive in this fast-paced and ever-evolving industry. I’m enjoying the challenges and excitement of the tech space, and I continue to support candidates through the full recruitment journey—from initial sourcing to personalised, one-on-one guidance—ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, tailored, and impactful.
